John C. Mozena, APR

John is a marketing and communications professional working to spread liberty and free markets. He is currently the president of the Center for Economic Accountability, where his work focuses on state and local economic development policy reform across the country.

Before launching the CEA in 2018, John was the Vice President for Marketing and Communications at the Mackinac Center for Public Policy, Michigan’s groundbreaking free-market think tank. Before joining the Mackinac Center, he spent 20 years in private-sector marketing and communications, working with brands such as Microsoft, General Motors, Carhartt and the American Red Cross.
